The Online Drivers Education course is required by the DMV for all teens under the age of 17 1/2 before they take the test to get a permit. This online course can be accessed 24 hours a day from your phone, tablet, or desktop computer. Once the course is completed, a certificate of completion is mailed to your home within two business days. Once you obtain your permit from the DMV, you will need to start behind-the-wheel training, at which point you have the option to "Pay-as-you-go" or purchase the package of 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training (which is the minimum legal requirement for all teen drivers).
